Feature:
Material for roll is Vanadium-titanium alloy chilled cast iron with hard and wear-resistant surface. Roll structure is hole drilling or hollow for heating or cooling to keep uniform temperature on the surface.
Transmission part employs harden gearbox with compact structure, lower noise and higher efficiency.
Self-aligning bearing is mounted on the roll to keep lower energy loose, convenient maintenance and longer life.
The machine is equipped with hydraulic and electrical reverse braking arrangement. While emergency, press button to keep instant brake or reverse to keep safe and reliable.
Circulation lubrication system reduces oil leaking.
