Key Charting System For Safety Padlocks
We provide unique key charting system for our safety padlocks.
Keyed Differ System(KD): Each padlock is keyed differently, supplied with 2 keys per lock. 20,000pieces individual padlocks available.
Keyed Alike System(KA): Each padlock is keyed the same. 1 key will open all padlocks in each group.
Differ & Master Key System(MK): Each padlock is keyed differently, supplied with 2 keys per lock. A master key will override and open any of these padlocks.

What Is Lockout/Tagout
Safety devices such as barrier guards or guarding devices are installed on
systems to maintain worker safety while these systems are being operated.
When non-routine activities such as maintenance, repair, or set-up; or the
removal of jams, clogs or misaligned feeds are performed, these safety devices
may be removed provided there are alternative methods in place to protect workers
from the increased risk of injury of exposure to the unintended or inadvertent release
of energy.
The main method used and recommended to protect workers from risk of harm in these cases is the use of a lockout/tag out program (LOTO).
