2. General
 
The three-phase oil power distribution transformer applies new type insulating structure and makes short-circuit resistance strong. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon-steel plate. High –voltage winding group is made up of high-quality oxygen-free copper lines and it adopts multilayered drum type structure. All fasteners have been processed with special treatment to prevent them from loosening.

1) Core :
The iron core adopts imported high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet and full inclined echelon joint form . Its winding wrapped by eposy resin casted .
The non load loss and non-load current , the noise of the core are reduced .
The appearance get improved by special treatment on the surface of the fasterners and clamp pieces .
2) high voltage winding 
High voltage winding applies vacuum casted by epoxy resin which decrease the partial discharge capactiy and improve the strength of the coils .
The inner or outer of the winding filling with the fibergladd mesh so that raise the mechanical strength 
and improves the capability of the short-circuit reistance and ensure the coil will never crack
3) Low votlage winding
Low voltage winding copper foil structure . The coils applies axial fan which lift the heat dispersion . Between the winding layers  , i
t applies DMD epoxy resin pre-dip cloth and makes it whole solidification form .
