Our company has our own import & export license. We have many years of experience on Uniform and Work Clothes' production, design and final delivery for customers satisfaction. Our staple market included Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Japan, North America, South America, MID-East, and Oceania. There are two general types we are producing, workwear uniforms and fashional clothes.
Our company covers an area of 2000m2. Our manufacturing center is equipped with modern production lines and manufacturing equipment. Now we have 200more machines, 150sewing workers, 50 technicians and some other related. At the moment, we have bulit 7 production lines. The production facilities contains various overlock sewing machine, belt machine, mecca machine, round eyes and flat eye machine, multi-functional steam-ironing machines, knot machine double needle machine, single needle lockstitch machine high-speed lockstitch sewing machine, cloth inspecting machine, Automatic spreading machine, computer-typesetting machine, electric-cutting machine. Overlocking sartorius, double needle sewing machine and auto sealing machine.
Our company is divided into many departments in cludes of fabric purchase department, technical department, cutting department, sewing separtment, packing department, transportation department and trading department etc. All the departments can coordinate the work to effectively and are in the process of implementing quality system programs to meet international standard.
Other than this, we also have 4 sub-contractor factories which are all in Shandong province. Three of them are woven factory, separately located in Rizhao with 80sewing workers; Yantai with 100workers, Taian with 100workers. The left one is a knit factory that located in Qingdao near our factory and with 100 sewing workers in. In consideration of this, our monthly output can reach to 300, 000 PCS.
