Sand Washing Machine:
This series Sand Washing Machines are a kind of water washing style equipment to be matched with the sand making machine and can reduce the dust and stone powder which mixes with the final sand, so sand making machine can improve the quality of the sand. XSD series Sand making machine is used in building plant, quarry, concrete plant, dam building, casting-70 sand, glass factory's quartz sand and refilling pressure sand.
Working Principle of Sand Washing Machine:
The electric motor runs slowly with the impellor after decelerated by the belt, decelerator and gears wheel. The sand and stone flow into washing launder from feeding launder, rolls with the impellor, and grinds each other. The impurity covering the sand is washing away. At the same time, add more water, the strong water flow will take away waste and some low-weight wastes from washing launder. Through the above process, the washing function is finished. The clean sand and stone is lift up by vane. When it goes up slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and fall back in the washing launder. On one hand, water is removed from the sand and stone; On the other hand, the water can be fully used. Finally, the sand and stone goes to the out launder from the rotary impellor to finish the washing task.
Characteristics of Sand Washing Machine:
Reasonable structure, large capacity, low consumption, little loss of the sand during the washing process, low failure rate.
The motor (with triangle belt, reducer and reducing gear)drives the water wheel to move slowly.
Sand and stone enters the washing tank through feeding tank. They roll, grind and remove the surface impurity at the turning of the wheel. The water vapor layer is destroyed in order to dehydrate.
The water is feeding at the same time and form strong stream to wash away impurity and light foreign material to the waste tank to discharge and thus finish the cleaning.
Clean sand and stones are taken away by vanes and finally dumped into the outputing tank.
