1. Semi-automatic Tire recycling process flow:
Waste tire--circle cutting machine--strip cutter----block cutter---rubber crusher(400/450/560) -- magnetic separating filtering--finished products--rubber powder/steel wire/nylon
2. Full-automatic tire recycling process flow:
Waste tire--tire debeader(steel bead wire drowing machine)--belt conveyor--whole tire shredder(900/1200)--belt conveyor--rubber crusher(400/450/560) -- magnetic separating filtering--finished products--rubber powder/steel wire/nylon
The whole line has the following features
1), iron/steel removing ratio>99.5%, fiber removing ratio>98%
