-19 Series Printing Ink
Carpoly C-19 series is a product special developed for the printing materials which that have multi-requirements. It is slow curing bright solvent printing ink. It has excellent printing stability, and can be fully applied to screen printing and pad printing; Most specially, it is suitable for relatively high humid and high temperature.
1. Application range: Regular hot-pressed materials such as Acryl, ABS, PC, PETG, PS, hard and soft PVC board, sheet materials, transparent films, plastic labels, engraving boards, papers, light boxes, adverting products, paintings, treated PET, and so on.
2. Characteristics: C-19 series is a kind of printing ink with high color concentration and slow curing characters. It is soft, smooth, and rich in color, applicable to so many printings. The printing is excellent with excellent adhesion, and it is alcoholic and glue resistant. This product can satisfy the printing of fine and tiny lines. It is fragrant with low smell. Due to its excellent resistance, it can be used in vacuum forming, also can be forged in high temperature and will not cause any color cracking.

4. Usage:
A. In order to prevent from possible separation due to the application of the special agent in the printing ink, please fully mix the printing ink to uniformity before the application.
B. Before printing, it is necessary to clean the stains and dusts on the surface of the object.
C. Please choose one of the thinner ranged in fast, middle and low drying speed according to the actual working environment.
D. Please choose the prompt printing film stencil (77lines-150lines/cm) according to the expected print results.
E. In order to reach the excellent print result of tiny lines, patterns and characters, you can add some J-19-100 easy-congeal ointment, thus to avoid diffusion, burrs, and blurring of the print layers.
