Features:
1. No pollution to the vacuum system, because of no oil in pump house, it improves the quality.
2. No oil in pump house, to solve the problems, oil emulsification, changing working fluid and maintenance, to save the cost.
3. Dry working without polluted oil and smoke, it's good for environmental protection. It can pump a lot of steam and dust gas, also it can pump flammable, explosive and radioactive gas with additional device.
4. Higher ultimate vacuum, suitable for medium and low vacuum. Connecting with molecular pump, it can compose oil free medium vacuum pumping unit.
5. With anticorrosion treatment, it is suitable for pharmacy, chemical products' distillation, dry and degassing.
