Product Description
The machine is suitable for stainless steel or carbon steel pipe longitudinal seam welding, it can weld from one side and form the both side seams together.
Key type fixture is installed on the machine top, arranged symmetrical. With compressed air into air bag to make it expand and top press lever device and make key press board to generate max. 30kg/c. To meet requirement of different welding seam width, the left and right press plates' distance can be adjusted.
According to different pipe diameter, the core axis is designed to various sizes to ensure its rigidity. On the upside of core axis, there is copper pad with certain width. Machine welding seam opposite side forming groove along the copper pad central axis surface. This is to adapt to different work piece thickness.
The welding bogie is installed on the crossbeam. It is via straight rail and precise screw rod to make bogie travel on the crossbeam with equivalent speed. The bogie is driven by servo motor to satisfy different material and thickness. The welding route is controlled and regulated by switch.
The welding bogie is equipped with two dimensional minor adjustment device, and it can adjust up and down, left and right, to make torch and welding seam are in best places with each other.
On the sliding frame, there is automatic torch in device, which can do the automatic in-torch guide arc and out-torch stop arc.
All the functions above are controlled by PLC program with combination of other electrical components.

Requirements to user company
(1) Your company operator properly use and operate the machine in accordance with the instructions, and arrange special personnel for managing the machine.
(2) Maintenance of the machine should be in accordance with the normal conservation steps, if your company identify problem, timely communication with us to resolve, please do not disassemble any part.
