Usage: Sebaci acid is White crystal powder crystal, slightly dissolves in water, completely dissolved in ethanol or ether, but not in benzene. The solubility in 95% ethanol(100ml) is 11.7g. It is used to make nylon products, raw material of synergist, raw material of solidifying matter of epoxy resin and high-temperature lubrication oil.
Sebaci acid is widely used in producing engineering plastics, such as Nylon1010, Nylon610 Nylon810, Nylon9, Nylon910, etc.
Sebaci acid is widely used in producing cold resistance plasticizer, solvent, softener and additives, such as dimethyl sebacate, dimethyl sebacate, dioctyl sebacate, dibutyl sebacate, diisopropyl sebacate, polyesters and its derivatives.
Sebaci acid is also the raw material for producing heat resistance lubricant oil, epoxy solidified agent, sebacic anhydride, synthetic lubricating grease, man-made perfumery and pharmaceuticals.
