Product Description
The secondary Reforming catalyst is suitable for the conversion of hydrocarbons and methane coming from primary reforming process to be mixture gas of H2, CO, CO2, etc.
SSR-202 is a exothermal-protection agent, which can bear high temperature at the top of reactor and supported by MgAl2O4 spinel and nickel oxide of advanced sintering and it can also convert some hydrocarbons.
SSR-202B is supported by MgAl2O4 spinel and nickel oxide of advanced sintering. This kind of support is much better than Al2O3 for high physical surface area and good thermos-resistance capacity. It take most of responsibility for the hydrocarbons and methane conversion.
Normally SSR-202&SSR-202B are worked together. SSR-202 is loaded on the top layer of reactor to protect under catalyst SSR-202B. The normal dosage is 25% SSR-202 on the top and 75% SSR-202B on the below
