Self -cleaning glass
Self -cleaning glass is a special glass with a coated surface which keeps itself free of dirt and grime, can be divided into 2 types, Self-Cleaning Glass Sheet and Nano Self-Cleaning Glass.
It is obtained by coating a nano-scale TiO2 film on the surface of top quality float glass through Chemical Vapour Deposition(CVD) technique. The glass surface is hydrophilic, hence rainwater spreads evenly and washes out dirt. Further, the glass coating, under the action of solar UV, breaks down organic dirt attached to its surface and this will be washed away by rainwater. We provides a new solution to keep glass panes and windows clean while providing an innovative concept for architectural glass.

Application
Building curtain walls, skylights, overpass roofs, protection for hood for solar cells, hospital and food industry, automobile side window and rearview mirrors, greenhouse.
Self-Cleaning Glass Sheet: Thickness 5-8mm, could be processed into Low-E Glass, anti-dust, anti-oil, durable under sun and rain, used in building.
Nano Self-Cleaning Glass: Thickness 3-12mm, anti-water, used as shower room glass and automobile glass.
