JD-300-II Heat core box core shooting machine (three-station core-pulling machine)
1. Application
JD-300-II heat core box core shooting machine is vertical and semi-automatic. It is commonly used in valve, faucet, hardware, hydraulic industry for making various sand cores required by small and medium-sized work pieces. Both furan resin sand (wet) and coated resin sand (dry) can be used.
It is especially commonly used in copper and aluminum casting for producing sand cores of complicated shape and low structure strength.

The machine consists of three parts, such as mechanical part, pneumatic part and electrical part. Material used in mechanical part is well-selected steel. 4. Production flow
Mold closing - shooting arm moving forward - shooting head descending and core-pulling cylinder rising - shooting head rising and shooting sand - shooting arm resetting - heating timing - core-pulling cylinder
Descending when heating time is over - dynamic mold pushing up sand core - mold opening - static mold pushing up sand core - taking out sand core by hand.
