1. Brief Introduction
Rolling mill machine is used in the process of the metal rolling. It references the main equipments, auxiliary equipments, hoisting transportation equipments, the attached equipments and etc. Generally speaking, the rolling mill machine is point to the main equipments, which includes working stand and the transmission devices.
The working stand is made up of the roll, the roller bearing, the stander, the track base, the roll adjusting device, the upper roll balancing device, the device for changing the roll and etc.
The transmission device is consisted of electric motor, decelerator, gear housing, connecting shaft and etc.
Usually the rolling mill bearing is the full complement tapered roller bearing which is used in the roll, roll location and the press mechanism. Those rolling bearings on the transmission device, transportation and other auxiliary equipments are in the class of rolling mill bearing.
