HT series constant current sillicon oil-filled pressure sensor is a kind of piezoresistive sensor. The main element is a diffused silicon sense organ. The measured pressure or differential pressure of medium is delivered to a sillicon bridge by a stainless steel membrane and silicon oil. Apply the piezoresistance effect of diffused sillicon to fulfill the linear transfer from measured pressure to voltage signal. High reliability/repeatability and stability.
