APPLICATION
CT series hydraulic lifter among floors is mainly used for transporting solid materials (packed in bags and in bulks)in the pharmaceutical industry in two areas with different cleanliness among different floors, reducing the cross pollution of dust effectively and alleviating the labor strength. It is fully in accordance with the requirements of GMP for the medicine manufacture ,and is a desirable material transportation device used widely in the industries including Chemical Industry, Food Industry and Electronic Industry and so on.
PRINCIPLE
CT series hydraulic lift among floors is mainly composed of vertical column, lift platform system and control system and so on. During working, it conveys materials into the lift platform, closes the safety guard, starts the lift operating handle on the control panel, lifts the materials to the position, locks the upper position limited device, making the lift platform stop to move, the safety guard being opened, the materials being pushed out and the material being transported among different floors successfully.
FEATURES
1.The structure of the standing column of this machine uses strong steel structure, the two specially made heavy focklift channel formed solid intensity after being welded, the outer surface is manufactured with the matt stainless hairline board which is convenient to clean.
2.The lift tanks with cord fabric isolation treatment are in accordance with the requirements demanded by the clean area.
