The QSX-85 Dry Destoner is Suction type destoner, and is using fish-scale-shape sieve, it has very good destining results for wheat, paddy, soybeans and cumin.
Working Principle of QSX-85 Sesame Seed Dry Destoner:
The working table is covered with a fish-scale shape sieve, through which air flows from below by air suction. By the fluidization caused by vibration of sieve and air flowing, Heavy impurities such as stones are transported to the high level of the sieve and discharged from the far end of the machine.
And stone-free grains moving down forward and discharged from another outlet.
