Product Description
This sewage treatment plant is for the treatment of the sewage generated by the on-site facilities of the United Nations peacekeeping agencies in order that the treated sewage is in compliance with international environmental protection and sewage discharge guidelines.
The plant includes the septic module, the lift pump station and the wastewater treatment plant. The sets of equipments are used for the three models to integrate them.
The wastewater treatment plant uses integrated sewage treatment equipments based on the JDL 4S-MBR technology, which is efficient in nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The treated effluent water meets the treatment requirement and uses for flushing toilets and watering plants. The system also has the following major features:
(1) Sewage and sludge treatment processes simultaneously, residual sludge is minimal.
(2) The membrane does not need clean by chemicals within a year.
(3) The system is automation and unattended.
The 4S-MBR technology developed by our company has acquired the European CE certificate, ISO9001 certificate and other relevant international certificates. Our company owns 27 patents, of which 24 patents are inventions.
The plant selects the power equipments with low energy consumption and high efficiency to meet the treatment requirements, so the power consumption is very low. Because the system is based on 4S-MBR technology and uses integrated equipments with high automation control and without manual operations, the sewage treatment running costs are very low.

JDL Environmental Protection Research Ltd established in 2004, has a paid-up capital of 31.1 million RMB and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen JDL Environmental Protection Ltd which is built in 1993. Our company is located in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province and occupies 8.23 acres of land area. Our R&D center is backed up by indoor and outdoor laboratories totaling 20, 000 square meters and a prototype manufacturing shop. Our company has a well equipped multimedia convention center that provides a platform for seminars and training. Our company also houses a design team which provides detailed design work to every project that JDL undertakes. Those are the recognition on the track records and contributions of JDL. Our center is in the list of National High Technology Enterprises and also acts as the technology center in controlling water pollution in the city of Nanchang.
JDL believes that technology development is the key for future development of our company. For a long time, our company has been working extensively with Beijing Institute of Environmental Sciences, Qing Hua University, Hua Zhong University of Science and Technology and other renowned educational institutions in China. The areas of research include industrial waste water treatment and recycling, remediation of polluted water sources and soil, landfill leachate treatment, and others.
Our company is holding 52 patents and our Research Center has completed 7 major research projects with fruitful achievement. Development of high technology EP (environmental protection) equipment is another mission of the Center. The birth of JDL -MBR (or G. R. E -Golden Recycling Equipment) is an important milestone. The equipment treats waste water and provides recycle water at the same time and is designed along the concept of dispersing treatment system. This 2-in-1 equipment has gained many patents and is endorsed by nationwide accredited experts in the industry to have achieved advanced standards in the international technology area.
To make the production of water recycling equipment be streamline, JDL committed a capital outlay of 120 million RMB in 2008 to set up modern manufacturing facilities.
