Applications:
1. Refining ladle is a ancillary facilitiesin for low-carbon and medium-carbon ferromanganese pruducing.

In shaking state, the sicillon contained in liquid non-standard medium-carbon ferromanganese react with the manganese in manganese slag, recycling about 15% manganese from ferromanganese slag which melt into the liquid non-standard medium carbon ferromanganese, also it can reduce the silicon content in ferromanganese.

This will not only maximize the recovery of manganese from manganese slag, but slao shorten the refining time in EAF. With refining ladle you can reduce the requirement for manganese component and purchase low-cost manganese arc, resulting in enormous economic benefits.
It can recycle about 15% manganese from manganese slag which contain about 20% manganese.

2. Refining ladle is also used for decarburization in the producing of silicon chrome(raw materials for low carbon ferro chrome produce).
For example: Mix the liquid silicon chrome with slag powder which is made up of low carbon ferrochrome slag and fluorite powder, and then start the refining ladle at 50-70r/min rotational speed for about 10-15 minutes. After treatment the carbon content can be reduced to below 0.02%, decarburization efficiency above 90%.
