HDL QC11Y Hydraulic gate beam shearing machine,is metal plate cutting machine by two blades moves relatively toward each other to cut the metal plate in between. It is widely used in metal processing industries, such as aviation industry,metallurgy industry, shipbuilding industry, auto making industry,etc.

The machines frame is wholly welded, gate beam with high strength and high rigidity.
Stress were eliminated after weldment.
Collective hydraulic system, and the high pressure oil tubes are rationally distributed.
The cutting angle is controlled by hydraulic electronic control device: wider cutting angle when processing thick plate provides more cutting capacity, smaller cutting angle when processing metal sheet enables faster cutting speed.
Rectangular blade with the four cutting edges is proved with long life time. With adjustable cutting angle, deformation of the material is greatly eliminated.
This machine is equipped with counting device, which enables convenient operation.
Equipped with nibbling shearing and lighting function, which enables convenient lining cutting.
The electronic device and hydraulic device are attached with overload protection.
Inward upper blade base enables convenient feeding.
Both upper and lower chamber of the oil cylinder are filled with hydraulic oil.
