Introduction Swimwear Fabric This series of products include shiny dyed fabric, semi-dull dyed fabric and full-dull dyed fabric, which are using nylon or polyester interwoven spandex become remarkably elastic with even and neat looks, as well as with smooth, soft and light feel. Along with stretching your four limbs, it also makes you feel comfortable, free, flexible and exert best sport level. To pursue swimwear fabric of new styles and gorgeous color, it brings about freedom and fashions for you. This series is generally used forporducing sportswear, leisure garment etc.
We are one of the leading and largest spandex fabrics manufacturer in China, we have a knitting factory, dyeing factory which have more than twenty years' history. Our warp knitting machine are all imported from Germany, now we have 50 sets of LIBA warp knitting machine and 18 sets Karl Mayer warp knitting machine. And we also have our own dyeing factory which have 70 sets all kinds of dyeing machine, including beam dyeing machines from Germany, air-steam dyeing machines, overflow dyeing machines, jet dyeing machine etc. We have 7 sets Monforts stenters and 1 set Brukner stenter from Germany.
Our main line including nylon/spandex(lycra) fabrics, mesh, powernet, mirror satin, suede etc. In last 14 years we product 150, 000 meters fabrics daily. Our fabrics main usage for swimwear, activewear, underwear, lingerie, sportswear and so on.
