Our company was established in 2002. With the development over one decade, it has now become one of the most influential enterprises in Chinese domestic sheave/pulley manufacturing industry. Our company covers an area of 40000 square meters, with the building area of 13000 square meters. There are 150 employees in the company, including 10 senior R&D technicians and 30 professional management personnel.
Now the company provides three categories of sheaves/pulley: Forging and welding sheave/pulley, hot-rolling sheaves/pulley and casting sheaves/pulley. Our products are wildly used in the field of oil drilling, harbor, marine, hoisting, metallurgical, mining, hydraulic machinery and so on.
Our forging and welding sheaves for oil drilling rigs have been awarded API 8C-0245 certificate issued by America Petroleum Institute (API). Our company is one of the largest suppliers for sheaves with the best quality for domestic oil drilling rigs.
Our hot-rolling sheaves and forging-welding sheaves for harbor machinery have been used on the export equipment produced by some famous domestic companies such as Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery Company Limited (ZMPC)., Qingdao Haixi Heavy-duty Machinery Co., Ltd(HHMC). And Nanjing Port Machinery Plant. We have been pointed as the pulley supplier for these companies.
The hot-rolling sheaves for marine machinery produced by our company have obtained BV (Bureau Veritas) certificate. And the sheaves could be inspected by CCS\LR\GL\ABS or KR according to customer's request.
The hot-rolling sheaves for hoisting machinery produced by our company have been used on the largest 2000 tons offshore oil drilling platform crane. They have also been used on the domestic largest 550 tons forging crane.
The sheaves for metallurgical machinery produced by our company are purchased by many world famous companies such as SMS\Siemens\MHI\ANDRITZ and DMS and exported to worldwide.
