GKF-10 Silicate chemical composition rapid analyzer
Measurement range: This tester can determine entire analysis of ceramic raw materials as follows: Feldspar, clay, kaolin, limestone, dolomite, calcite, bauxite, quartz and other.
Determination scope of each component are:
SiO2 0.10 ~ 95.00%; K2O 0.10 ~ 15.00%; Al2O3 0.10 ~ 95.00% Na2O 0.10 ~ 15.00%; Fe2O3 0.10 ~ 15.00%; CaO 0.10 ~ 60.00%; TiO2 0.10 ~ 15.00%; MGO 0.10 ~ 60.00%,
Quartz (SiO2> 98.00%, platinum crucible are needed here);
Zircon in zirconium, silicon, iron, titanium;
Eight conventional elements of frit glaze, as well as zirconium, cobalt, lead, boron, barium, zinc, chromium, etc.;
Eight of conventional elements of spodumene and lithium feldspar, and lithium; Titanium;
Ceramic raw materials P2O5;
Manganese oxide chemical raw materials;

1. Accuracy: It can achieve, or better than the relevant elements of the national standard analytical method (GB/T4734-1996, QB / T 2578-2002) on the accuracy requirements.;
2. Analysis speed: From the beginning of weighing, 2 to 3 hours to complete eight conventional analysis of the chemical composition of the entire process. 4 ~ 5 hours to complete all projects analysis;
