Product Description
ZR736 alcohol type organic silicon adhesive sealing glue is a kind of absorbing moisture in the air at room temperature curing neutral silicone sealants, not heating curing. It has good adhesive sealing performance, protection in harsh conditions of electronic products.
Characteristics After Curing:
1. Avoid moisture, dirt and other atmospheric composition
2. Relieve mechanical, thermal shock and vibration of mechanical stress and tension.
3. Have excellent electrical insulating performance.
4. Outdoor aging, excellent service life up to 20-30 years
5. In the -60-260 ºC it has stable mechanical and electrical properties
6. Fire resistance
Operation process:
1. Clean surface: Surface must be cleaned, remove rust, dust and oil, etc
2. Using: Twist the hose blocks, will glue crowded to clean surface has to clean up, the uniform distribution (for sealing rubber hoses, use first blocks cutting-edge pierced the sealing). For bonding, will be sticky face fixed can fold.
3. Curing: Curing at room temperature, 24 hours later and then put into use.
