DDSY566 single-phase prepayment watt-hour meter adopts LSI as core, with few peripheral components and simple structure to raise the meter's high-reliability, wide working scope and high accuracy, to ensure the long-term operation stability and lower power consumption. It can realize alarm presetting, maximum load control and data reading back with a good sophisticated logical encryption card, which only belongs to one meter. The meter is used for measuring rated frequency 50Hz/60Hz active energy with automatic data storage if power off and tamper alarm for upper cover and terminal cover.
1. Overload tripping function
When the load of meter is more than load threshold over 5 minutes, the meter relay trips, if the load is reduced to normal, by inserting card or waiting 5 minutes, the meter relay connects and works normal. If it overloads again, the meter trips again.
2. Meter tamper tripping function
In meter testing state, the meter relay doesn't trip when the meter upper cover or terminal cover is opened, and the relay works normally. In working state, the meter has been opened an account, the meter relay trips and records the event when the meter upper cover or terminal cover is opened. If the meter upper cover or terminal cover is opened, the relay tripping then closes the upper cover or terminal cover, the meter relay won't recover, then the customer must insert IC card and bring it to vending office for clearing the meter tamper record, insert his card to the meter which the upper cover or terminal has been closed, the meter relay will recover and work normally.
3. Remaining credit lower alarm function
When the remaining credit is lower than the alarm power, the LCD only displays the remaining credit. If the remaining credit is lower than the tripping alarm power, the meter relay trips once. Just insert the card, the meter relay will recover, and the meter will work till remaining credit exhausted.
4. Overdraft power function
When the overdraft power range is set to meter through IC card and the remaining credit is exhausted, the meter works on overdraft power to overdraft limit, then the meter relay trips. When the customer purchases power, the vending system and the meter subtract the overdraft power from the purchased power first.
