Single-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Machine (ZY)
Application:
Series ZY vacuum insulating oil purifier, designed for the power station, industrial and mining enterprises purifying the unqualified transformer oil, insulating oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on. ZY equipped with one-stage vacuum system. ZY series can remove water; Trace water, gas, particles from oil quickly and effectively, special for improving oil dielectric strength. Also, ZY series can be used for power equipments to vacuum drying, and vacuum oiling.
Main features:
1. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
2. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecule adsorption technologies.
3. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
4. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure the machine operation easy and safely.
5. Adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
6. Working with BZ insulating oil regeneration device to discolor (remove acid, oxide, free carbon) and lower dielectric loss, making the treated oil more limpidity.
The ZY machine has single vacuum system, and the temperature is between 20 C and 80C, in this way, the final treated oil in high quality.
Transformer oil filter oil machine, is a kind of equipment for filtering solid impurity, water from oil, and improve the performance of transformer oil, insulating oil's insulation intensity.
Working theory:
When the oil purifier working, then oil enters into the machine with the help of the domestic and foreign oil different pressure, and oil flow into primary filter, the large impurities will be filtered. The multilevel infrared ray heating system will heat the oil, and the oil flow into the special personalized vacuum separator, first, the oil is mist, then becomes into membrane, so the vacuum of contact area expanded hundreds times, the water, gas will be removed out through vacuum system under the high fever, high vacuum degree, large surface, high pumping speed conditions.
