The single wire flame spray machine is a specific kind of equipment that continuously feed signle metal wire to the high temperature zone to melt it down. Then atomize it and eject to the pretreated workpiece surface to form coating.
It employs oxyacetylene as heat source and speed regulated electromotor as power. This equipment is characterized in precise wire feeding and good coating quality. It's especially applicable for spraying high fusing point metal wires and repairing for machine elements.
