Product Description
SKG series is a new kind of CNC linear four edging glass grinding machine, with linear layout and less occupied area. It can provide precision solution for 2mm~32mm thickness glass processing, and finish four edgings' grinding, polishing, making safety corner, washing, etc. automatically in one time.
It adopts CNC multi-axis synchronous driving system, central line two-seat synchronous high-speed open/close size orientation system, Ethernet field bus control model, and touch screen data setting (glass' size, convey speed, thickness adjustment and chamfering width can be set on the screen).
Characteristic: Stable performance, perfect polishing, precision size(diagonal error:±0.5mm, parallel degree error:±0.1mm),safety, saving time, saving energy, saving manpower, high production efficiency, high finished product rate and environmental protection.
Application range: Fit for processing the glass edging grinding of construction, furniture, electronic, electric appliance, bathroom, decoration, etc.
