We have developed all kinds lines including Full-auto slitting lines, Half-auto slitting lines and Simple slitting lines.
Slitting Line 1
Slitting Line 1 is Full-Auto Slitting Line, it is used for slitting/longitudinal cutting coil or steel plate into strips and rolling-up. This series line mainly consists of coil car, loop pit, slitting/longitudinal cutting part, scrap coiler, tension, recoiler, discharging device, etc.
The Pneumatic, hydraulic, DC speed control system and PLC control used for the line. Its man-machine interface is friendly, easy to operate with stable working capacity.

Working flow:
Entry coil car-open out the coil-pinching, sending, leveler and cutting (cutting head and ending) -loop pit 1-leading-slitting/ longitudinal cutting-Reclaim scrap / reclaim edge-loop pit 2-Separate and Tensioning device-recoiling-discharging.
All the above workings are automatic.
