Machine is suitable for all kinds of mother roll slitting and rewinding, such as paper, kraft paper, glass paper, self adhesive paper, non-woven cloth, PVC, OPP, PET, CPP, fiber glass etc.

Main
1. It adopts Siemens PLC and Highten touch screen, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor then the machine will work automatically.
2. It adopts Yaskawa brand frequency inverters and Siemens inverter motor, one motor for material feeding, the other one for tension control.
3. It adopts SICK brand photocells to provide the accurate slitting position which is fromGermany.
4. It adopts automatic pneumatic lift-up loading system for heavy material roll loading.
5. It adopts 3 sets fully automatic tension control system to keep a constant tension.
6. It adopts 15kg/m2×1 magnetic brake and 15kg×2 magnetic clutches from Taiwan.
7. It adopts disc type slitting blades for thick materials cutting, like paper; and razor type blades for thin materials cutting, like film.
8. All transmission roller have been dynamic/static balance treated.
9. It adopts 0.55kw air blow and blow pipe for waste edge trimming.
