After-Sales Service and Guarantee
A: The Seller will send two engineers to the buyer's factory to install the machines and training the operator until the machine working normally. All the expenses out of China (including the round-trip air tickets, foods and lodging, salary 80USD/day/enginner) of these engineers will be borne by the buyer.
B: Guarantee periods are 12 months from arrival date at buyer's factory. However the guarantee periods are not longer than 13 months after delivery date.
If the machines cannot work properly during the guarantee periods, and the problems are caused by the Seller's designations or techniques; The Seller will send the spare parts to the Buyer's factory with free of charge within 10 days after receive the problems from the Buyer.
If the problems are caused by the Buyer's incorrect operation, the Seller will send the spare parts within 10 days but all the expenses will be borne by the Buyer.
C: After guarantee period the Seller will send engineer on the Buyer's request. All the expenses of this engineer will be borne by the Buyer's company, and service charge will be negotiated by the Buyer and the Seller however the additional charge was not higher than 80 USD per day per engineer.
