Artwork: Free design for you , we prefer you provide us artwork file with either of below format 1)Coreldraw (.cdr) 2)Adobe Illustrator (.ai/.EPS/PDS 3) Photoshop (.PSD , 300dpi at least)

Production Processing:
Check and confirm the artwork-->Make the film and printing-->Machine laminating--> Raw meterials scaled and cutting-->Machine gugling-->Make tooling mold-->Machine die cutting-->Quality checking and packaging

2.Choice of thickness
 30mil(0.76mm),12mil(0.3mm),18mil(0.45mm),20mil(0.5mm),24mil(0.6mm),32mil(0.82mm), 40mil (1.0mm)
30mil or 0.76mm is the standard credit card thickness, we suggested minimum thickness for a plastic card is 12mil (0.30mm).
3.Choice of finish
 Lamination glossy, frosted , matt , Sport UV or others special request
4.Choice of material
 Opaque white, Clear, Translucence
Opaque cards are regular white PVC cards.
Most of business card choose clear material and frosted surface
5.INDIVIDUALIZATION
 Embossing name, number and date ( gold or silver color for options)
BARCODES ( Bar code with or without matching numbers below)
Thermal printing name, number and date ,Ink jet printing number
6.WRITABLE STRIPS
(PANELS) in any size, shape or number
 Writable Panels are available in any size, shape or number (for Signature strips, Data Fields, Notes etc.).You can design cards with multiple small writable fields or a whole side
7.Hotstamping foil logo
 Various colors of foils are available for hot stamping process. The regular color is silver, gold or laser red.
8.Magnetic stripes (LoCo/HiCo)
1. We offer three track Low coercivity (LoCo) and High coercivity (HiCo) magnetic stripes. Encode data into magnetic stripe is available ( track 1,2,3)
2.Magnetic size :8mm/12.5mm
3.Magnetic stripe color:Blue/Red/Gold/Silver
9.Scratch-off panels
 It is widely used in surprise gifts, codes, surprise discounts, data, icons etc. The client/user receives the card in the mail, at a store, or event and then gets to simply scratch off the panel to reveal the information.
