Fire difficult to start Fire goes out	Wood, too damp or poor quality	Use the recommended fuel
	Logs are too big	To light the fire,use small,very dry twigs. To maintain the fire,use split logs.
	Air lack	Open lower spin wheel and top air control lever.
	Insufficient draught	Check that the flue is not blocked sweep it if necessary. Seek advice from a chimney specialist
Fire burns too quickly	Too much draught	Ensure that the lower spin wheel is closed. Partially close the top air control lever.
	Excessive draw	Install a draugh stabilizer. Consult your delar.

Q:1.Will your packing be strong enough for the transportation?
A: We still insist Outer packing:3cm standard wooden crate; Inner packing: foam or blanket to protect each carving part. All that guarantee the safety of goods during any transportation.

Q:2.The size of your products can not meet my requirements, but I like the style, can you custom the size for me?
A: We are very good at custom-made products, No matter what size, style or material, all can be custom-made according to your requirements, what you need to do is to tell us your requests details.

Q:3.If my goods is broken when I get it, what should I do?
A: Please take several photos of the packing before you open it. If the packing is okay, but goods are broken, it is our responsibility. On the contrary, if the packing and good are both broken, it is the logistic company's responsibility.
