"TC" SMT solder paste uses pure tin and lead metal, vacuum melting, being protected by ammonia gas, make them into sphericity or powder. Low oxygen and epigranular. Flux is made by the newest recipe, so the solder paste is with sutiable viscosity, good printability and stickiness, corrosion free and minimum residue after soldering.
