Sn42Bi58 Low Temperature Solder Wire
FROMOSOL using patent (invention patent no. : 201310740555) produces the batch Sn42Bi58 solder wire by creating special tooling and equipment.

Diameter:0.3mm-5.0mm Normal diameter: 0.4mm,0.5mm,0.8mm,1.0mm etc.

Packaging: 500g/roll,100g/roll,50g/roll

The Sn-Bi58 solder wires were fabricated by using grain refinement technology,possessed finer microstructure, uniform composition, and better soldering properties. The Sn-Bi58 eutectic alloy wires with different diameters were prepared by self-developed equipments and technology. The melting point of alloy wires is 13 ºC, It can meet the packaging processt of electronic components which are sensitive to the soldering temperature.
