Properties:Colourless and transparent monoclinic crystal, white crystal or powder, it is inodorous or with little acetic acid smell, little bitter, it is soluble in water very easily; it is soluble in ethanol; it is insoluble in aether.
Use: as buffering agent, flavoring agent and PH conditioning agent in food industry. It also can be used as accessory in pharmaceuticals industry.
Storage and transportation:
Keep it in shady and cool place of the normal atmospheric temperature(40°C).
Should be sealed, sun-proof and damp proof. Don't' mix and put with the poisonous chemicals!
