Product Description
Sodium Lignosulfonate as Water Reducing Agent(MN-2)
Description: The sodium lignosulphonate, which is prepared from straw and wood mix pulp black liquor through filtration, sulfonation, concentration and spray drying, and is a powdery low air-entrained set retarding and water reducing admixture, belongs to an anionic surface active substance, has absorption and dispersion effect on the cement, and can improve various physical properties of the concrete.
Process: We mix black liquor and sulfonating agent, then we take through stewing, concentrating, heating. They transform into product by company atomizing, spraying and drying. Finally, we get sodium lignosulfonate.

Application: 1. Can be used as water-reducing agent for concrete, and applicable for projects such as culverts, dike, reservoirs, airports, expressways and so on.
2. Wettable pesticide filler and emulsified dispersant, adhesive for fertilizer granulation and feed granulation.
3. Can be applied to a dispersant, an adhesive and a water reducing and reinforcing agent for refractory materials and ceramic products, and improve finished product rate by 70 to 90 percent.
4. Can be used as a water plugging agent for geology, oilfields, consolidated well walls and oil exploitation.
5. Used for electroplating and electrolysis, and can ensure that the coatings are uniform and have no tree-like patterns.
6. Used as a flotation agent for ore dressing and an adhesive for mineral powder smelting.
7. Long-acting slow-release nitrogen fertilizer agent, a modified additive for high-efficiency slow-release compound fertilizers.
8. Used as a filler and a dispersant foe vat dyes and dispersant dyes, a diluent foe acid dyed and so on.
9. Used for cathodal anti-contraction agents of lead-acid storage batteries and alkaline storage batteries, and can improve the low-temperature urgent discharge and service life of the batteries.
