Product Overview
SCMMC 004 is the one of the functional coatings transformed for civil application from China aerospace defense related science and technology for the first time. This low carbon and energy saving solvent coating, developed by CASE NO. 703 Research Institute is a kind of dual component coating of A and B.
Application Scope
Storage tanks and pipelines for petroleum and gas, storage tanks for petrochemical products, sea vehicles as sea ships, offshore platform for oil and gas production and gathering on sea; Roof and walls of mobile base station, civic buildings, office buildings, industrial factory buildings, villas and the insulation and cooling coating for the dwellings., glass curtain wall, cooling and light ventilation.
Product Features
1. Fine comprehensive heat reflection and remarkable cooling effect
2. Reflection and infrared radiation heat are over 91%. The surface temperature in summer can be reduced by 15 centigrade to 30 centigrade and inside temperature can be reduced by 7 to 10 centigrade (higher external environment temperature, more obvious difference in temperature).
3. Fine adhesion
4. It can be spray-painted to the surface of flexible and rigid objects directly with resilient, smooth, highly shining and no-cracking paint film.
5. Self-extinguished and carbonized within 3s away from fire and inflammable by flashing
6. Both anticorrosion and waterproof
7. Good weather resistance and more than 10 years of service life
Construction Instructions
1. It can be applied by means of brush coating, roller coating and spray coating. The ambient temperature for painting shall be above 5 centigrade and humidity shall be lower than 85%
2. The mixture rate of components A and B is 8: 1
3. Unit consumption: 015-0.20kg/m2
4. Surface drying time: 30-45min
5. Recoating time: 2h; Temperature: 25± 2 centigrade
Storage and Guarantee
1. Hermetically package with metal drum, 20.00kg/drum for component SCMMC004A and 2.5kg/drum for component SCMMC004B
2. Hermetically stored in dry, shady, cool and well-ventilated environment and kept away from heat and fire
3. The shelf of this products is 12 months and products whose shelf life expires can still be used if they tested to be qualified
