1. The AR special coated low iron glass is to reduce reflectance, increase transmittance raising solar battery integration.
2. TiO2 reacts with solar energy (380nm ultraviolet ray or below) oxidize to decompose contaminated materials in organism sort on the surface of glass.
3. By enlarging the surface tension contacted on glass, a contact angle becomes lowered, improving the hydrophilic property.
Our company has applied sol-gel coating technology to produce anti-reflection film for medium and high temperature heat collection glass tube for solar industry, which forms unique films both inside and outside the surface. The film material shall be combined with glass by means of chemical binding and burned in high temperature before coming into being, so the film appears even, extremely hardened and representing the highest level of coated glass.
Characteristics of Anti-reflection Solor Collection Tube:
1. Hardness of film can be up to 8.5H, greater than that of ordinary glass.
2. Acid and alkali resistant.
3. Resistant to wear and scratching, firm and not easy to come off
4. Capable of increasing optical energy conversion rate.
Transmittance increases by 4.0%-4.5% in visible light of 380-780nm.
Transmittance increases by 2.2%-3% in sunlight of 300-1100nm.
