Feature:
KH-1 high antioxidant solder bar: As the working temperature of braze welding is below 300, liquid solder surface is bright as the mirror; Little slag tipping; Short wetting time; Better expansion rate than the common solder. Thanks to the oxidation resistant agent, the soldering spot is bright, nice and reliable. It is suitable for wave-soldering and dip soldering of electronic products. (Wave-soldering tin cylinder temperature: 250± 5; Dip soldering tin cylinder temperature: 260± 5)
KH-2 high/low-temperature antioxidant solder bar: As the working temperature of braze welding is lower than 420, liquid surface of Sn/Pb is bright (silvery white); Welding spot is white; With little slag tapping. It is suitable for wave soldering and dip soldering technique, especially for various autolysis enameled wires of transformer manufacturing. Low slag tapping not only reduces bad soldering spot and save cost, but also prolongs the service life of brazing furnace. The common alloy contents include Sn60 and Sn63 (wt %)
