Composition
The materials of glass magnesium board weight are Magnesia(MGO), Magnesium Chlorid(Mgcl2)and Alkali glass fiber net
Features:
1 Fireproof
Sinkwang fire rated board was tested by the testing center.
3mm magnesium oxide panel can reach nonflammable level A (GB8624), fireproof function can stand up to 1200 centigrade.
Resistant to combustion at 800 centigrade and remains flameless at 1, 200 centigrade. Fire endurance limit is more than 4 hours.
2 Moisture-Resistance
Sinkwang fire rated board is excellent in moisture-resistance. No deformation after being soaked in water for one month. Dry bending strength is 18Mpa. Bending strength under absorbed moisture is 22Mpa.
3 Heat Insulation
Sinkwang fire rated board has heat prevention material incorporated, it has great feature of heat prevention. Thermal resistance is 1.14m2k/w.
4 Sound Insulation
Sinkwang fire rated board is proved to have good noise insulation property, The noise insulation factor of the wall can reach 44dB and 47dB. It has the best noise insulation constitution in China, especially the 95mm wall comprised by the 10mm board.
5 Bend strength and inpact resistant
Its bending strength and impact resistance is excellent. Also, it will maintain its' quality during construction. 6mm mag panel are equal to 9-12mm gypsum boards
It is a new and high efficient wall.
6 Light weight
Sinkwang fire rated board is a light board. Its density is less than 1.0× 1.03kg/m3.
7 Easy to install
Easy to cut, saw, paint, stick, nail, bend, veneer, can low the cost and time of a project.
