STONE-TECH is a highly expansive powder designed for stone quarrying, mining, concrete cutting and demolition, etc. STONE-TECH expands when mixed with common water and poured into pre-drilled holes on stone or concrete. It produces an extreme pressure of 40-100 MPa (4000-10000 mt/sqm) on the hole-walls after a few hours reaction time in holes, while the tensile stress of stone and concrete is 3- 10 MPa (300-1000 mt/sqm), thereby crack them easily. STONE-TECH is environmental friendly and produces no noise, no vibration, no toxic gases, no flying debris or residue. It helps your work mmore efficient and cost effective.
STONE-TECH can be used in an almost unlimited range of applications. It's particularly used for breaking, cutting or demolishing stones, concrete and reinforced concrete. It is ideal for use in situations where surrounding buildings or other structures would be damaged by flying debris or vibration.
