Assembly mounting
Purpose: Connect shock absorber to vehicle body, match shock absorber to absorb vehicle vibration, improve ride comfort.
Coil spring
Purpose: To absorb the car's vibration, improve riding comfort, make tyres fit well with ground and ensure car handling.
1. Improve the coil spring's carrying capacity and prolong its fatigue life through means like strengthening treatment (such as shot blasting);
2. With an S-shaped coil spring design, it has a vector direction of resultant force the same as the direction of motion of the shock absorber, thus decreasing the adverse effect of lateral component on the shock absorber;
3. With a design of middle-bulged variable cross-section spring, the solid height after loading is very small, thus saving some space.
