Product Description
Spiral mining gear unit is one kind of Helical Bevel type reducer, high-stainless cast iron case. Our Spiral mining gear unit is designed based on modularization, which bring many difference kinds of combinations, mounting types, and structure designs.
The gears of Spiral mining gear unit are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel and the hardness can reach to HRC58° ~ 62° . After tempering, hardening, quenching and Heat treatment, all the gears are processed by accurate grinding and the precision can reach to grade 6~5.
The wide range of ratio of Spiral mining gear unit for motion control and power transmission can meet various of working condition such as agriculture, telecommunications industry, food industry, tobacco industry, automotive industry, cement industry, mining industry, and tourism industry and so on.
