Product Description
The exhaust gas of sponge iron reduction equipment carrying 30-35 percent of the all production heat, and some even reached to 50%, therefore behind the sponge iron reduction equipment install waste heat boiler, recycle the heat that carried by exhaust gas, produced steam for power generation or the outer supply, at the same time, reduce smoke temperature below 200 ~ C, can be greatly reduced the energy consumption indicators of sponge iron production.
Technical features:
Boiler adopts vertical u-shaped two or three return structure, except the economizer part using water wall structure as flue, so the weight is light, and the sealing is good.
Adopt spiral fins pipe to transfer the heat, and it can not only improve the heat transfer efficiency but also can make the boiler layout compact, and decrease the volume.
Superheater and evaporator adopt hanging tube structure.
Economizer adopts tube stack structure, four or five pieces of tube as a group, both of transportation and installation are very convenient;
The water cycle of exhaust heat boiler water adopts natural circulation or forced circulation mode.
