SPUA-351 Spray Polyurea Elastomer Coating

[Product]"YUHONG" SPUA-351 is fast set, spray-applied, two component aromatic polyurea elastomer coating, consisting of the A component and the R component (or B component). A component is isocyanic acid semi- prepolymer rich of free NCO by reaction between isocyanic acid and low-polymer diol or triol. R component is a mixture of polyether amine, amine extenders and other additives. A component and R component, transmitted to the spray gun from the metering pumps by means of imported dedicated spraying equipment, are sprayed to the substrate surface through rapid mixing and rapid reaction consolidation, and become flexible, tenacious waterproofing, corrosion and wear-resisting coating. [Recommended uses]Extensively application in roof, workshop, warehouse, refrigeratory, tunnel, tank, underground Waterproof engineering, Anti-corrosion and Abrasion-Resistance lining;

[Construction key point]substrate requirement: Firm, flat, without floating dirt, iron stains and oil stains;
Loose substrate part must be removed; Surface aperture should be chiseled to V shape slot, moping with the polymer cement mortar. The neighboring gaps of the pipes through the wall should be chiseled circular Gap which is 20mm wide and 20mm deep, sealed with the sealing compound and mopped with the cement mortar. Substrate treating agents: Spraying 1~2 layer primer, spraying construction after primer cures (normally 24 hours).

[Construction hints]During construction, must wear overalls, wearing vision goggles, gloves, gas masks, and other labor insurance supplies. Ensure good ventilation.

The shortest time interval for open up is not restrictive, the longest is no more than 3 hours.
Unspent A component deposits should be filled with nitrogen and preserved by sealing.

[Package, Transportation and Preservation]Deposited in clean, dry, sealed packing barrels, the packaging capacity is 20kg/ barrels, 200kg/ barrels.
Transport of dangerous goods in accordance with non-requirement. Transport, preventing rain, insolation, squeeze, collisions, inversion, and maintain packaging intact. Products should be stored in ventilation, dry, shady place to prevent exposure to direct sunlight. From fire sources, away from sources of heat, the storage temperature should be 15~40 degrees. Storage period is six months.
