Product Description
This machine adopts three section cooling water recycling cooling design. The first section uses water at 85-65 degrees; The second part is at 50-35 degrees, and the third part adopts aseptic water spray. The outlet bottle temperature is 25-20 degrees.
The bottles shall meet the requirement of temperature control within stipulated time. It secures the beverage not deteriorate; At the same time, the external surface of bottles will be flushed clean.

Further, our company has successfully developed double head label sleeving machine on the basis of single head label sleeving machine which enables the production capacity up to 40000bph.
In 2008, we successfully developed spc-t15A BOPP hot melt labeler, spc-sorl series (linear and rotary) labeler with speed ranging from 150 to 600 bottles per minute, spc-sw automatic (high, medium and low speed) PE film packing machines, wrap around caser, carton packing machines, carton erector and sealer, palletizing system through absorbing foreign advanced technology and experience.
