Basement: Galvanized steel, 300mm high, 2 rows of grids and 3 rows of vein plates, painted. 2pcs of ramps, 520 x 2000mm (W x L).
Door: 3-folds, 3000 x 2600mm (W x H), without steel (powdered) frame, aluminum alloy frame for glass window. 1 piece of service door, 650 x 1800mm (W x H). The side service door with a pressure lock which will automatically open when the pressure inside is over-pressure.
Air Circulation System: 2 units of 4kw double intake centrifugal fan, model is YDW 4.5L1, air capacity is 12500m3/h. Exhaust ducts with 3 pieces of chimney and 1 piece of elbow. Exhaust as optional.
Generator Cabinet: Intake from side upper, exhaust from rear upper. Galvanized steel frame and galvanized steel cover, with heat preservation material inside.
Heating System: BT18 diesel burner, heating productivity is 180000Kcal/h, stainless steel heat exchanger. The Pneumatic damper for spraying to baking cycle
Lighting System: Ceiling light has 8 units x 3pcs = 24pcs of 36w lamp, with electronic ballast; Side light as optional
Control System: Spraying, Heat Spraying, Baking, Time Setting, Lighting Switch, Temperature Controller, Failure Indicator, Power Supply, Emergency Stop.
Purification System: Dual filtering structure, the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μ M. Ceiling filter can capture granules bigger than 4μ M. The whole purification system has capacity of large volume of dust. Its filtering rate reaches 98%. Air pressure balance gauge, TSP≤ 1.2mg/m3
