Products Description:
"Yuhong"SPU-361two-component polyurethane coating is a fluid applied polymeric waterproof coating which consists of two reaction components. Component A is polyurethane monomer which is made from polyether and isocyanate through fasculation, component B is liquid made up of solidified agent, thickener, chain extender, bulking agent. Prior to application, the two components should be mixed at a certain percentage. After fully mixed, the coat is applied by brushing on the substrate, which will solidify and become elastic, tenacious, and lasting waterproof film in several hours' reaction.
Application Range: It mainly used for roads, bridges, pools, basement, refrigeratory, ground waterproof and dampproof projects.

High strength, good elasticity and adhering, excellent physical properties.

Application Points:
1. Substrate Treatment: Substrate should be smooth, solid, without spiculate corners, have a good waterproof points treatment.
2. Mixing: According to the construction consumption, the two components is mixed up with a ratio of A: B=1: 1, the mixing container should be dry and clean.
3. Coating: Painting the mixture with rubber or plastic board, the thickness should be accordant, normally be 1.5mm~2.5mm, the application should be done for 3~4 times, later coating should be done after the coating coated before solidifies. The reference usage of the coating is 2.4kg at a thickness of 1.5mm.
Application Caution
The concrete should be at the maintaining time.
The construction temperature should be at 5~35º C.
After mixing of A and B, they should be exhausted as soon as possible with the time less than 20 minutes.
Before the coated film dries, it is forbidden to walk on the waterproofing layer. It should be taken care it so that is not destroyed.
A and B components are forbidden to be exposed in the air for a long time to prevent self-polymerization. Unused components should be covered immediately after they are opened.
