1.This product is specially customized by IHI-Sullair, applied to high power centrifugal air compressor of IHI-Sullair bearing <2MPa pressure.
2.Reducers, flanges, Bends, Tees of all various dimensions are kept in stock. The ability to manufacture pipes raging from D10 to DN500.
3.The main processes: CNC sawing, plasma cutting, assembling, welding, air pressure/hydraulic pressure test, oil removal, rust removal, spray coating, etc.
4.The technique of Ar-arc-welding full penetration welding. Solid and artistic weld seam with your standards.
5.We accept your requirement on the spraying materials, using anticorrosive paint and high temperature plastic powder.
6.The general accuracy of welding pipes is ±0.5mm.
7.Customize products according to clients drawing and standard.
